Ordering and reservations
Guests discover restaurants, build a cart, and submit orders or reservation requests according to each restaurant’s settings.
Browse menus
Search and open restaurant pages to view categories, items, prices, and dietary cues. Add items to your cart from the menu.
Cart and table number
Your cart can include items from one or more restaurants. Where relevant, add a table number so the kitchen and floor staff can match your order.
Signing in to order or reserve
Placing orders and submitting reservation requests requires a signed-in RestroKit account so we can attach your contact details and show history in My Orders.
WhatsApp and Telegram
For some restaurants you can optionally open a pre-filled WhatsApp or Telegram message to notify them directly in addition to the in-app order or reservation record.
Reservations
When a restaurant enables reservations, choose date, time, number of guests, and contact details. The venue confirms according to their process.
Payments
RestroKit records your order request and totals for the restaurant. Payment is not processed inside the app unless the restaurant directs you otherwise (for example cash, card in person, or an external link). Always follow the restaurant’s instructions.
